Turn the AC off
Turn the oven OFF by pressing the main SCREEN BUTTON only once
Put away any insert pan that's outside of the pizza line
Clean pizza line top lids, make line, doors, and door handles with YELLOW solution
Sanitize pizza line top lids, make line, doors, and door handles with CLEAR solution
Brush pizza line door gaskets (seals) with a dedicated soft brush
Brush and organize pizza pans by size
Brush and organize pizza lids by size
Brush and organize thin crust pans by size
Clean the main slicing station with YELLOW solution
Sanitize the main slicing station with CLEAR solution
Wipe the dough mixer (do not spray water)
Brush the dough sheeter
Clean work tables with YELLOW solution
Sanitize work tables with CLEAR solution
Clean freezer door and door handles with YELLOW solution
Sanitize freezer door and door handles with CLEAR solution
Clean fridge door and door handles with YELLOW solution
Sanitize fridge door and door handles with CLEAR solution
Wash all dishes
Sweep the front floor
Sweep the kitchen floor
Take garbage bags out to the building garbage bin
Flatten and take out any cardboard boxes to the building recycling bin
Rinse, flatten and put away any topping/sauce tins
Mop the front floor
Mop the kitchen floor
Rinse and put away the mop bucket properly.
Wipe down wall to left/right/above the sink
Spray, clean, and drain all three sinks
Soaked all dirty cleaning rags with degreaser overnight
Turn OFF the dishwasher
AFTER 20 MIN turn the oven KNOB to OFF
